Guests are required to book transfers (surcharge) to this property at least 7 days in advance of arrival. The following transfer options are available: 50-minutes seaplane transfer from Velana International Airport (MLE) to the property; or 45-minutes domestic flight transfer from Velana International Airport (MLE) to Ifuru Airport (IFU), followed by 45-minute speedboat transfer to the property. Seaplane flights are conducted only during daylight hours (approximately 6 AM to 4 PM). Guests arriving into Velana International Airport after 3 PM (latest time for seaplane check-in is 3:30 PM) or departing with flights before 9 AM will need to stay overnight in Male or Hulhumale. Transfers will be provided the next morning with the first available flight. Due to extreme weather conditions, transfers may not always be available at certain times and the resort is not liable for any compensation arising from such delays. Luggage in excess of 44 pounds (20 kilograms) per person may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. The additional fee covers transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.
